Which area do you cover?
I am based in north London and can easily work in venues across London and surrounding counties.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely – I have professional indemnity insurance along with public liability insurance. I also carry full back up of professional equipment.
Do you shoot in B&W or colour?
I shoot digital files which I then edit myself – I look at each image as an individual frame and choose the most appropriate treatment to get the best from it – be it black and white or full colour. You can choose a mix or too have everything in colour or black and white.
How do we book you?
To book please call 02088669040. I like to be able to show you examples of my work and sample albums from previous shoots. If you do make the decision to book me I ask for a completed and signed contract.
Do we sign a contract?
Yes I have a contract that we will both sign copies of.

What is your policy on refunds or cancellations?
Yes, you have a right to cancel subject to notification before we process the order. Once the order has been processed the order can no longer be cancelled. For more information on refunds or cancellations please contact Frances Berger with your order number.
How do we view the photographs?
After the shoot I will send you a link to a password protected online gallery. The gallery links directly to an online professional print lab where people can order individual prints that will be delivered directly to them or can be collected from the studio or same location where the photographs were taken.
Do you retain the copyright?
Yes I do because it is essential for my business.
Is VAT in addition?
No the photography collections and pricing document that I send you is fully inclusive.
How long will you store my wedding images in digital format?
We will archive and store your images for 5 years.
